Personal, Social & Emotional Dev.
The programme should provide experiences and support which enable children to develop a positive sense of themselves and that promote emotional, moral, spiritual and social development alongside intellectual development. It should support personal, social and emotional well being: in particular by supporting the transition to and between settings, promoting an inclusive ethos and providing opportunities for each child to become a valued member of that group and community so that a strong self-image and self-esteem are promoted. It should provide opportunities that enable children to learn how to co-operate and work harmoniously alongside, and with, each other and to listen to each other. It should help promote positive attitudes and dispositions towards their learning and a confidence in their own abilities.
Cowboys & Angels Play-Learning
The activities we pursue account for the diverse needs of the children in our care, including rest time and quiet, splashing water, play with sand through to talking, singing, working in groups, pairs or individually and leaving then returning to unfinished activities. In this way we create an environment that is truly child focussed allowing children to steer the choice of resources and equipment through the day.

to provide stimulating activities addressing the six areas of learning.
