An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Nursery Nurse and Nursery Assistant to join our thriving nursery.
Cowboys & Angels is an established 94-place day nursery based in town centre, Warrington. Due to our continued
growth and commitment to quality care over and above Ofsted's requirement we are seeking a qualified nursery
nurse.
The nursery offers an enviable working environment. Committed to training and personal development, the manager is happy to consider newly qualified applicants with the desire to progress and further their skills. In return, she is looking for long-term commitment, flexibility and a great deal of energy and enthusiasm. You must have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in childcare (or equivalent), and have a clear CRB.
This is a Key Worker role and all candidates should have knowledge of the new Early Years Foundation Curriculum. In addition to this they should be confident in their ability to carry out observations, write reports and assist with planning.

Supervisory Contract - with a view to full time.
Leading the Cowboys & Angels management team you will be responsible for the overall delivery, leadership and management of the staff team. Working closely with the Nursery Manager you will be responsible for – customer care, financial, regulatory and quality.
• Must have full understanding of the Ofsted standards, planning to foundation stage/birth to three matters is essential.
• Be at least NNEB/NVQ3/ ideally 4 qualified. With ideally Early years professional status.
You must demonstrate leadership, financial acumen and working knowledge of regulatory and educational frameworks. Excellent communication skills are a necessity with the ability to handle a team of 15 plus staff.
Your parent relations and your understanding of key care and education issues in the nursery should be proven.
Finally, you should be able to multi-task, delegate effectively and be a role model.
